Introducing The Miss Eat Well For Less Blog

Hi Guys, It's Delila DeMonte here. Welcome to my new blog. I am going to tell you how to cook delicious, healthy and nutritious meals on a very low budget. They will also require very minimal time and effort and of course my meal ideas are all vegetarian. My tasty feasts will fill you up, which in turn should reduce the need for snacking and save on money.

One of my favourite things to add to beans, soups, curries or anything really is yeast extract. I know there may be truth in what is said, you either love it or you hate it, but I love Marmite. It is great to have with beans on toast. I use it instead of brown sauce. Marmite is full of B vitamins and iron.
