- BANANA (one banana a day is great for you and your mood)
- OAT (try eating porridge for breakfast and sweeten with fruit or a natural sweetener such as honey)
- YOGHURT (good for your mood but also bio yoghurt's help to maintain a normal balance of bacteria in your stomach)
- BRAZIL NUTS (three brazil nuts every couple of days will provide your body with essential nutrients)
- DARK CHOCOLATE (one square a day to help your mood, the darker it is, the better)
- SPINACH (contains lots of vitamins for your skin, hair and nails, but can also help keep your mood on an even level)
- LENTILS (are a good source of iron and can relieve stress and anxiety)
- WATER (consuming two litres of water spread out throughout the day will keep your brain functioning properly)
There you have it. Seven simple things which can all be found at your local supermarket. The eighth one water, can of course can be found running from a tap in your kitchen.
